The thought of putting in a pool seemed daunting but luckily two separate sets of friends recommended MCI Pools and the process was surprisingly simple. We picked some pictures from a magazine and Farid walked through every step of the process with us and provided some great recommendations along the way. He was extremely patient and attentive – returning our calls early in the morning and late at night every time we had a question or the slightest concern. The workers MCI used for excavation and to install the pool were very efficient and cleaned up the job site really well. When he followed-up regarding the installation of a new pool heater, I expressed some dissatisfaction with the work done by the heating contractor that hooked up the new unit to our system.

Farid was extremely prompt to come on site to review the work. He immediately put me at ease and assured me that the situation would be resolved. This occurred at 8:00 in the evening of the same day as the installation. The next morning before I left for work, the situation had been corrected by an MCI Pools employee, at Farid?s instruction.

I certainly understand that it is difficult to manage another company?s employees and their performance whenever work is subcontracted, but Farid?s effort to follow-up on our satisfaction is a very important aspect of why we will always seek out MCI Pools first. Farid and his crew were very professional and provided excellent service in the installation of our pool. We found it very difficult to make a decision amongst the various pool builders in our area as they all offered slightly different equipment and installation techniques. Determining what was best was hard to ascertain given each installer provided strong supporting arguments for their product. It really came down to our impression of MCI staff and the sense that they had our best interest at heart. This proved true as the installers did a great job installing our pool. My wife and I had a major renovation done to our backyard during the period Oct 2011 to May 2012. A significant part of this renovation was the installation of a 16’x32′ in-ground pool by MCI pools…we had a tremendous experience to say the least.

At the front end of the project, Farid went out of his way to ensure that we fully understood the process……most important for us, what was going to happen, how and when. The team working on the pool installation was very professional and at the end of each day took the time to summarize to us what had been accomplished and what could be expected next. Every part of the multistep process of building a pool was efficiently managed by Farid (from arranging the permit to arranging the electrical and gas hook up to arranging the AC company to disconnect and reconnect the AC to make space for the machinery to coordinating work with our landscaper- I could go on but Farid took care of all that!).
